Acceptance of Terms. By using https://littlesunshineshomedaycare.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Little Sunshine's Home Daycare markets and arranges Day Care, Child Care Center, Day Care Center, Infant Care, Child Care Services, Day Care Services, Full Day Child Care, Part Time Daycare. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://littlesunshineshomedaycare.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Little Sunshine's Home Daycare or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Little Sunshine's Home Daycare reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. Little Sunshine's Home Daycare makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Sunshine's Home Daycare's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Little Sunshine's Home Daycare in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Sunshine's Home Daycare from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. CT law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CT, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
